The Wizard Sports logo and name (the "Trademarks") are the exclusive property of Wizard Sports LLP, a premier sports management consultancy. By accessing or using the Trademarks, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Trademarks.

PERMITTED USE

 

The Trademarks may only be used in connection with the promotion and advertising of Wizard Sports products and services. Any other use of the Trademarks, including but not limited to, use on any other website or networked computer environment, or use in any other advertising or promotion, is strictly prohibited.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the Trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Wizard Sports. You may not use the Trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Wizard Sports. You may not use the Trademarks in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

 

MODIFICATION OF TRADEMARKS

 

You may not alter the Trademarks in any manner, including but not limited to, changing the proportions, colors, elements, or font, or removing any trademark or copyright notices.

 

ATTRIBUTION

You must include a statement attributing the Trademarks to Wizard Sports in close proximity to the Trademarks, whenever they are used.

TERMINATION

​

Wizard Sports reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your right to use the Trademarks at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you shall immediately discontinue use of the Trademarks.
